We meet so many people that tell us they can't sit in stillness because their mind is to busy, that is an even greater reason to learn how to still your mind. You don't need a course on meditation, just place a pillow on the floor and sit on it, eyes closed, hands on your knees and breathe. The key is to keep breathing , in and out. Fixate on one object such as a flower or a waterfall and as your mind starts to drift, bring your attention back to this object. Meditating is like conditioning a muscle, the more you practice, the stronger your mind will become.
Meditating daily will help you relieve stress and anxiety in your life. You will find yourself in a greater sense of peace throughout the day. The little details that typicallywould-irritate you, no longer consume your mind.
Meditating daily will bring you closer to your deeper core, filling your heart and soul with love. It will connect you to something bigger than yourself and remind you that you have one precious life and that you are here now, to be and do amazing things.
